I built an application to manage COLLAPSE Private Party at Villa Cappelletti: from setting up the guest list to designing personal invitations, scanning QR codes and tracking entrances during the evening.

A private night.
A dedicated system.
A private, invitation-only event for the COLLAPSE community, collaborators, friends and invited guests. Limited capacity made registration and a confirmed personal invitation essential. The application brought those steps together with the work at the entrance.

The interface puts the essential information first: ticket status, guest name and category. Confirmation records the entrance; an already-used invitation has a different, explicit state. The overview keeps total invitations, admitted guests and remaining guests visible.
Try the admission flow.
Check the sample invitation, confirm admission, then check it again. The state changes without registering the same entry twice.

Designed for
the moment of entry.
The visual language belongs to COLLAPSE. The hierarchy follows the operator’s task: identify the invitation, read its status and choose the next action.
One main action.
The light confirmation button stands out against the dark interface. Ticket details sit next to the result, so the operator can check them before confirming.
States you can read.
Valid and already-used invitations are distinguished by explicit wording as well as colour. The status explains what has happened before the next action.
The same flow, in hand.
The original application includes desktop and mobile scanner views. The invitation is delivered as a digital ticket, ready to display from a phone.
